Astonishingly, Raats, one of the most significant living Estonian composers is hardly known outside his native country. A few of the symphonies can be obtained through the Estonian Radio website and at least one member may be able to add a few more ;D

The op.16 recording might be a reprint of a Finlandia recording from 1998 by the way (conducted by Juha Kangas, Keski-Pohjanmaan Kamariorkesteri).  (Note - alternate source for some of the information on this list that might have made compiling it somewhat easier - here - unless that's your site, of course)
