The Melodie concertante used to be on a Russian Disc CD (Rostropovich - reissue I believe of the LP recording that was coupled with Vlasov's 1st concerto, if I remember from a review. CD coupled with Britten's cello symphony when it was available, I see. I see a Gramophone review online, too, of a LP release of the Sauguet with one of Tishchenko's cello concertos - I'm guessing his 2nd since the first needed reconstruction.)

I treasure a lot a Canadian CBC Cd (Daniel Swift cond., CBC Vancouver Orch., 1996 release) containing
the marvellous 1944 Les Forains, the 1929 La Nuit and the 1941 La Cigale et la Fourmi (coupled to rare and short Ropatrz, Lalo and Milhaud).
The Plasson Emi Les Forains+Tableaux de Paris (I own as Lp) has been transferred to Cd in a Plasson mega-box of about ...55-60 Cds.
The Sauguet Le Forains recording (I own the Lp Chante du Monde) I don't know if was ever transferred to Cd.
