"Orchestral Variations on a Theme by Paganini, op. 26" -- that piece is on a Denon disc as well, couple with IIRC Tchaikovsky's 5th.

I'm also thinking it's on a Decca disc recorded by Solti.....but I could be wrong.

The Paganini Orch. Variations op.26 exist also on a DG rec. by Ferenc Fricsay and Rias Orchestra.(BTW they are not particularly unsung, I heard and saw two performances in actual concerts).
