I will certainly giving this a try anyway, as the soundbites seem quite promising - and the piano trios recorded previously are favourites of mine!

Yes, they certainly sound worth exploring from the soundbites, but then I think of the existing Bossi recordings which I have, and the almost complete lack of melodic interest in any of the music.

looks interesting. I think some of these works are available (in maybe different recordings) over NML , so I'll see about auditioning them. (Was going to try out the 2nd violin sonata but the recording of that (1992, Ducale label) is not available streaming there, just an arrangement of the scherzoso of the sonata for organ on volume 11 of his Tactus Organ Music series. Still, will listen to that too )
