I recommend using YtMp3 for Youtube videos of less than an hour's duration. (It does not always work, that said.)

*Wow*.  Worked great.  Had to momentarily disable ad-blocker but after that, smooth sailing.  Thanks *very* much, Eschiss1 !

Great, you got it! Latvia, and her National Library, is looking more and more like a nice place to visit some day!

I can confirm this - Riga is stunning!

You could also try the Latvian Music Information Centre - https://www.lmic.lv/en - they have been very enthusiastic and helpful to me in the past.

QuoteI wonder how his early (1911) Violin Concerto is like?

I have a recording of the Violin Concerto from Latvian Radio LR3 that I made in 2016, which I shall attempt to upload to the Downloads section.  I'm not very familiar with Mediafire, so I should welcome any feedback as to how it has worked (or not).

The download link worked fine. Thank you, very much appreciated!
