Converting a sibelius file into another sound format for sharing

[Wheesht]

Would anybody here be able to help with a suggestion as to how a Sibelius file can be converted into a sound format that can be shared with anybody who does not have the Sibelius software?
I have a Sibelius file that I would like to share, but I do not have Sibelius.

There are several YouTube videos on how to do this.

Thanks. I asked the question on behalf of somebody else and naturally assumed they would have checked Youtube... which is what I would have done.
