Global website security warning

You've probably seen news reports about a flaw being discovered in PHP, software used to operate most websites worldwide, including UC. This has potential security implications, but is not something which I can put right myself, as the problem lies with PHP-powered server software run by our hosting company. UC itself uses the most up to date version of forum software available, updated only yesterday, and the server company which hosts UC has already confirmed that it has applied a temporary fix to its own server software, pending a more permanent solution. At this stage, there's nothing more we can do. I'll keep you updated...
